Joined Keller Williams Realty of the Treasure Coast

Keller Williams Realty of the Treasure CoastSeveral months back I decided to make a change.  I guess that’s not true.  I’ve been thinking about making a change for some time.  My passion is to know the world.  I don’t want to just see it on a television screen.  I don’t want to visit just long enough to fall in love, but always wonder what it would be like to live there.  No.  I want to immerse in the various cultures of the world.  Less than a year ago, I considered teaching English in China.  Unrealistic at this stage of my life, but it shows you how desperately I want to see the world.

I can’t reach my goal with a traditional job on the Treasure Coast.  Besides pay, flexibility with time off is also challenging.

Had you asked me a number of years ago about becoming a realtor, I wouldn’t have considered it.  I didn’t think I could do it.  I felt I didn’t know enough people.  I felt I didn’t know the area.  All of that is different today translating to the confidence I need to make this a the perfect time!

After promoting tourism in the area for a number of years and serving as the communication coordinator for a local non-profit, I now know I have the skills and the contacts to be successful as a Treasure Coast Realtor.  I chose Keller Williams of the Treasure Coast as my partner.  They have a fantastic training program for both new and existing agents.  Their profit share program is pretty enticing too.

I’ve had my license less than one month and I already have several good leads….

I’ll keep you all posted!

Tell me what you think!
